Description
Pale green tinge with a gentle, mixed fruit nose. Round & smooth mouth entry then a crunchy, green apple dry bite, opening to a warmer melon & summer fruit mélange, with a muted, creamy lees note giving the wine some body.
Made from 37-year-old-vines, this wine is nicely poised between a citrus, lip-smacking freshness and a more generous, plush Stellenbosch yellow fruit, white pear and melon style.
