Description
Bright straw with a hint of green in the glass. Wild Buchu, yellow fruit, salty minerality on the nose. Crunchy green apple, zesty acidity and good concentration with a bone dry finish and lingering savoury note.

Vinification
Hand picked early morning, delivered cold. Wholebunch press, natural ferments in neutral vessels. The complexity of the old vines the terrior and exeptionally cool vintage allowed the winemaking to stay minimal.
