Description
The Chenin Blanc from Paarl is dryland, bush vines planted 1977. Crouchen from Franschhoek planted 1976 and the Marsanne from Paarl. Grapes are harvested in the early hours and then a further selection is made by hand at the winery to select the best fruit. The wine is naturally fermented in 600L French oak barrels, Matured on the gross lease for 10 months. Finally, the wine is gently racked and bottled at the farm.
