Description
An ink-dark colored wine with great concentration, intense black fruit and complexity. Well-balanced with a rich middle palate and a velvety, elegant aftertaste.
A beautiful food wine. It will pair wonderfully to Venison (Springbok and Kudu), Oxtail stew and matured Gruyere Cheese.
