Hand harvested Chenin Blanc, small parcel in Swartland.
Vinification
Wild / natural fermentation in barrel. Racked once after fermentation and aged on the finer lees. Coarse filtration prior to bottling. All 400L French oak barrels, ± 30% new oak, the rest 2nd fill and older barrels.
