Description
OLD VINE CHENIN BLANC 2022
A wine with the charms of umpteen summers. Mellow gold and shimmering in your glass. Swirl it and fragrant num-num blossom, hearty honeycomb and warm hay rise up to bid you a generous welcome. Wafts of sun-ripe apple follow through on the palate. Crisp acidity and fresh minerality lend tang and texture to a feast of stone-fruit, gooseberry and herbaceous flavours. A fine wine with rich complexity born of the remarkable 39-year-old vineyard that yielded the grapes.
